I literally live in California and the CEC made it illegal for first party companies to ship me a gaming PC. This is a well known fact that California is proud of.
When I was buying a PC for my company to use for 3d modeling and scanning I had to work directly with my contact at Dell to ship it to VEGAS because they legally would not ship it to our office in LA.

@LupintheI Hmm no, the GPU has a TGP of 160w, the processor, motherboard, etc would draw more than 120w, that's not sufficient headroom, it would work, maybe even for years, but it's far from ideal.
Consoles are strictly power constrained to not put much stress on their weak PSUs.
