@JetBlue I was in the middle of booking a flight, and as soon as the clock hit midnight, the price increased by over $100. That’s not right. You can’t change the price in the middle of making a reservation, that’s called a bait and switch. Make this right.

I’ve been a loyal customer for decades, and no one from your customer service team has been able to help me. That’s not how you treat loyal customers. If you can’t make this right, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
