@ServiceEveryday When a shop assistant calls for an administrator to resolve an issue, then administrator calls for their director, and director never shows up. No one is interested in resolving the issue. Time wasted, problem not solved.

If the company’s employees don’t experience the same value, promise & treatment that's supposed to be delivered to the customer, then the experience for the customer can be shaky & the entire company can suffer.
