MOVE TO INSPIRE ☀️ For an entire month we have wellness sessions launching to help raise funds for BeaYOUtiful’s confidence and mental wellness workshops for young girls!

Dream Board week with our Kelowna Confidence Program 🎨 Our final session takes place today and we’re sad to say goodbye to our amazing group of attendees after a month of connection and community ✨ So proud of this team!

What a BeaYOUtiful day it was 💞 Our hearts are so full after what has been a few busy months with the @IBH_Conference and sold out weekly programming!

The first ever @IBH_Conference Calgary couldn’t have been more of a smashing success - huge thank you’s to everyone who made this special day possible ✨

Maddison jokes that her biggest accomplishment to date is becoming a HUG dealer and founder of her own social enterprise HUGS, a program committed to improving kids mental health and quality of life while in hospital through experiences, funds and support.

She is an author of a children’s charity empowerment book, a Special Olympics coach, and the youth representative on a number of health advocacy hospital boards. In addition, she is a volunteer researcher at the chronic pain lab at the Alberta Children’s Hospital.

We are so excited to welcome Maddison Tory to our stage as the Calgary @IBH_Conference Keynote Speaker! At 19 years old, Maddison has amazed us all with her passion, positivity and resiliency 🌟

Naomi believes that with the right tools and support, every girl has the potential to achieve greatness and create a life they truly love.

In addition to empowering young girls to prioritize self-care and self-love, Naomi is passionate about helping them build tools and skills to endure hardships and thrive in great times.
