MOVE TO INSPIRE ☀️ For an entire month we have wellness sessions launching to help raise funds for BeaYOUtiful’s confidence and mental wellness workshops for young girls!

What would we do without our Soul Sisters? With over 300 volunteers nationally, we are forever grateful for the time and dedication from all our mentors 💞

Dream Board week with our Kelowna Confidence Program 🎨 Our final session takes place today and we’re sad to say goodbye to our amazing group of attendees after a month of connection and community ✨ So proud of this team!

We loved having Tricia Harrison join us this weekend for a final yoga and wellness session with our Langley program. A huge success and so many full hearts!
