I have walked on stage and won crowds over with just raps, not sing alongs or hit songs. I’m talking before I even had hits. I would walk on stage, rap and get the crowd going bananas. I’m a real MC. The tricky part is that I’m not a 1 trick pony and that’s what the game prefers.

The most consistently helpful book I've found about managing a startup, especially in a year like this, is @bhorowitz's The Hard Thing About Hard Things. I keep referring back to it... might read it again during the break. Curious what else you all find helpful?

want to get into fasting a bit more what's better: 8 hour eating window every day (say 12 PM to 8 PM) or total fast for 24 hours ~once a week? something else? so much conflicting info (skip breakfast, or don't), etc. that i don't know what to make of it all
