One thing people always miss with this as to why Prince turned down Michael and Quincy multiple times. Simply put, he wouldve worked with them if they came to create WITH him. Instead they came never allowing him to have any creative input into the tracks. For Prince, this was highly disrespectful I am sure. He was far more than His Voice. If you couldnt respect his artistry and musical opinion. It was never gonna work.
