I don’t want to sound like a dickhead but this move is not good. 9/10 times it just seems like she’s not only hurting herself more than her opponent but also the fact that her opponents deadass walk into the move willingly.
Respectfully, of course

@IFELOVESMONE Alexa is cool and all, but she absolutely has not been the same since her concussion issues and is nowhere near the caliber of the other women in the photo. Just the way it is.

@out_rouse @jzbgnzy88 @geekishrealm @PublicEnemiesHQ If I get kicked towards the ropes for a 619, I’m dropping down and getting out of the ring… lol the same can be said for pretty much any move unless it’s unexpected.
English

@justingreene @jzbgnzy88 @geekishrealm @PublicEnemiesHQ If they sell it as such sometimes, then sure.
If someone stepped onto my shoulder is instinctively knock it away, not clench it. Lol
English

@out_rouse @jzbgnzy88 @geekishrealm @PublicEnemiesHQ Almost every move is this obvious. Just in different forms and you’ve seen it for years and years. This move can easily be played off as she catches the leg to counter and before she can react, gets hit with the other leg. It’s wrestling, can’t over analyze this stuff.
English

@justingreene @jzbgnzy88 @geekishrealm @PublicEnemiesHQ Sure. But this is 2026. They need to hide it better. It’s the first thing I took away from an otherwise unbelievable finisher (and gimmick/wrestler). Maybe the onus should more be on Lyons.
English

@steakdaddy_ @FranelloFranco Moves that look real are unexpected ones such as punches, super kicks, etc. other than that, damn near every move shows blatant assistance. At the end of the day, it’s all choreography, a dance, don’t like it? Watch real fights. Stop over analyzing.
English

@justingreene @FranelloFranco The idea is to make it LOOK like a real fight. Otherwise you're just watching a more violent Dancing With the Stars...and I don't buy it as a legit move. There are many finishers that don't look legit-that doesn't make it acceptable.
English

"This is the sickest finish ever."

English

@NoDarkSarkasm @FadeAwayMedia Lay down and don’t move so I can jump off the top rope and land on you… jump up and don’t sandbag so I can choke slam you… stay on the ropes and don’t simply get out of the ring so I can hit you with a 619… any Irish whip ever… 🤣 almost every move needs assistance.
English

@jzbgnzy88 @geekishrealm @out_rouse @PublicEnemiesHQ That point can be made about almost every move unless it looks unexpected such as a punch, a super kick, etc lol. Moves that we’ve watched since the beginning of time show obvious assistance lol. Has nothing to do with AEW or none of that.
English

@justingreene @geekishrealm @out_rouse @PublicEnemiesHQ And if that point can be made about another move, then that move is also trash and should only be used in companies that don't care about the art, like AEW.
English

@TakaSpliffinoku @AdamTraversGK Moves that look unexpected are the only exception such as a punch, super kick, etc. but majority of others still look obvious, just in different ways. This move can easily be played off as she catches her leg to counter and before she can react, gets hit with the other leg.
English

@justingreene @AdamTraversGK The less obvious cooperation the better. This breaks every rule and logic in the book. The opponent is setting themselves up for it too obviously. You cannot defend that shes getting a boost and held up...it looks ridiculous.
Not every move looks this obvious and you know that.

@WrestleTalk_TV The girl is a beast
English

@trentellis1998 @FadeAwayMedia A belly to belly or back to belly suplex, yes, I’m referring to a regular hook the arm, up and over suplex. There’s a million moves I can give examples of where the opponent can completely kill the execution of the move by not giving assistance.
English

@justingreene @FadeAwayMedia You can “hurt” your opponent to make them stay, with this move the opponent has to literally give it to you. Also a suplex is a legit combat/wrestling move that you can land even when someone is trying to fight you off
English

@ImWhatUrNot @FadeAwayMedia Almost every move is blatantly obvious assistance lol.
English

@CoachSills10 @Benjami32975467 @FadeAwayMedia An f5, he’s holding your head and the bottom of your leg, drop your legs down and slide off his shoulders, a pedigree, sandbag and drop down and the move is dead as he can’t jump up and drop you back down, a 619, you’re against the ropes, drop down and get out of the ring… lol
English

@justingreene @Benjami32975467 @FadeAwayMedia Brock’s F5 you are being held in place by Brock, pedigree you are held in place by Rollins, a 619 you are kicked or pushed into the ropes, those are completely different than an opponent catching and holding your leg for no reason at all?
English

@ItsMondelloTime Just about every move needs obvious assistance. This one is no different.
English

@TakaSpliffinoku its awkward that her opponent is holding her
English

@TakaSpliffinoku @AdamTraversGK Lol… damn near every move requires obvious assistance from the opponent.
English

@AdamTraversGK Both use the wrestling logic of an opponent being down. Explain the logic of literally holding your opponent up and giving them a boost for their finisher
Dumb fucker.
English

@jzbgnzy88 @geekishrealm @out_rouse @PublicEnemiesHQ The same point can be made about tons of other moves, they all require obvious assistance unless it’s something unexpected like a super kick, punch, etc.
English

@geekishrealm @out_rouse @PublicEnemiesHQ Not the point. You can still suspend disbelief and say Taker is doing all that with just his grip. With this move, Nikkita helping Lizzy step up is way too obvious.
English

@zen_thee_god @WrestleTalk_TV It genuinely blows my mind how so many people are clueless to this lol. It’s still real to many apparently.
English

@WrestleTalk_TV This comment section acts like a majority of finishers in wrestling aren’t assisted 😂 half of the moves in wrestling require your opponent to jump first or help you put them in position
English

@watching_e @FadeAwayMedia Lmao, damn near every move has a blatantly obvious assist, this one is no different. It’s wrestling, can’t over analyze it. If you want as realistic as possible, watch a real fight.
English

@justingreene @FadeAwayMedia what isnt real? Wrestling? No shit, sherlock.
I'm talking about their ability to try and make their moves and matches look as realistic as possible.
Hence why i said "modern wrestlers"
English

@trentellis1998 @FadeAwayMedia Same thing that happens if the opponent doesn’t stay in place for a move off the top rope, a DDT, a suplex, etc. The shxt doesn’t land lol.
English

@FadeAwayMedia "Hey, grab my leg and help me go high so i can kick you"
Modern wrestlers🤦♂️
English

@NoDarkSarkasm @FadeAwayMedia They’re choreographed spots, it isn’t a real fight lol.
English

@FadeAwayMedia “why don’t you hold my one leg so that i can kick you with the other”
English

@JFCcoffees @FadeAwayMedia Lol, I understand what you mean, the same can be said about tons of other moves. This move specifically can easily be played off as she catches her leg to counter, but before she can react, gets hit with the other leg. It’s wrestling, not a real fight, can’t over analyze it.
English

@justingreene @FadeAwayMedia clearly you don't understood what i mean. have a good day brother
