From what I’m hearing, the next move Ghana makes could affect 🇿🇦South africa’s economy drastically. We might not even see them at the world cup due to sanctions….I’m loving this!🇬🇭

The resistance to Starlink isn't about regulatory compliance, it's about protecting the profit margins of legacy telecommunications monopolies. Local operators have failed to bridge the rural digital divide for decades, leaving millions completely isolated. Now, a service comes along that can instantly deliver massive speeds anywhere on the map, and suddenly "regulations" are a priority. It is classic economic gatekeeping, holding back the future of an entire population just to preserve the market dominance of legacy networks.

South Africans would quickly realize the Starlink ban makes zero sense if they forced the government to reveal its own rural connectivity plans. The truth is, Politicians have no alternative that even comes close. This blockade isn't about sovereignty or consumer protection, it's about extortion. Millions of citizens and school children are having their futures held ransom by an artificial digital divide, all to enrich a few well connected cadres under the guise of "regulation."

Ghanaians who were evacuated from South Africa over Xenophobic attacks have arrived in Ghana. Their government entirely sponsored their relocation. On their arrival at the Kotoka International Airport, Accra, they began singing praises of their President, John Mahama.✍️

Ghanaians leaving South Africa ahead of the June 30th deadline, which South Africa’s Dudula gave other Africans to leave the country or risk being attacked. They're captured at the O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.✍️

@SamdGreat01 Let’s not be stupid, crime happens and people are arrested for that. Are the majority of South Africans in the streets “beating foreigners” ? Your PhD seems to not be working for you Sam. Critical thinking isn’t there

When you think of Xenophobia, only one country comes to your mind One would think they would work towards changing that disgusting label, but no You can't have your citizens run down the streets to assault any foreigner they see. Call law enforcement if you suspect anyone

If you touch Ghana, all other Africa countries are coming after you, that's what South is facing now, they will soon beg but then it will be too late. They think they can stand on their own, let's see how it goes.

Ghana is evacuating Nigeria is evacuating South Africa is officially biting the very hands that funded and liberated them from Apartheid. Talk about historical amnesia! 🇬🇭🇳🇬 Imagine having a 30%+ unemployment rate, rolling blackouts, and collapsing roads, but your brilliant solution is to fight the Nigerian barber and the Ghanaian trader? Make it make sense! Foreigners didn't crash your grid or steal your public funds. Stop using West Africans as your economic scapegoats and look at your leaders! 🇿🇦🛑 Maybe focus on fixing your infrastructure instead of acting like immigration is the reason your water doesn't flow Strictly embarrassing behavior!👎

Ghana and Nigeria stood behind South Africa during the darkest days of Apartheid, just for the 'Rainbow Nation' to turn around and hunt us in 2026? 🌈🚫 History will never forget this betrayal. You don't hate 'illegal immigration' you hate seeing other Africans thrive. The cows running away this week had more sense than these mobs. 🐄

So South Africa thought they could take on both Ghana and Nigeria? 😂 My brother, Ghana and Nigeria have been roasting, dragging, and arguing with each other for decades. We’ve been training for this our whole lives. You people just started fuuling in your country and you think you can defeat the two heavyweights of African banter? This is like walking into a boxing gym where two champions have been sparring for years and saying, “I can beat both of you.” Respect the veterans. 🇬🇭🤝🇳🇬😂

“No youth should go to South Africa” —A Ghanaian evacuee from South Africa has advised fellow Ghanaians, especially the youth, against travelling to the country, citing the difficult experiences and hostile treatment he endured during his stay. According to him, the discrimination extends even to schools, where foreign nationals and their children reportedly face hostility. He further argued that South Africa’s economy thrives largely because migrants contribute diverse skills and services, warning that the economy could suffer if all foreign nationals are forced to leave. @cdrafrica Spaza or Salon shops? They shouldn’t have been involved in those businesses to start with. Benji should do what he must do but he must remember Ghana has a lot more citizens in South Africa than those that have left. He shouldn’t be too horny for drama! @bkqGhana
