You know I was having a discussion with a lady one day who said boldly and unapologetically that she can Never date a broke guy…she said she can’t even date a guy in the same level as her in the workplace even though he’s not broke… Then I told her I also cannot date a lady with small tits they have to be big. Then she went in and on about how I’m shallow and that’s wrong etc… So I replied that she literally just laid out her own preferences unapologetically so why does she have an issue when I state my own preferences… Anyway the rest of the journey was very quiet.

A single mum in the UK shared what she’s passing through to me. I’m a single mum living in the UK. I’ve noticed a pattern. Men approach me , especially social media because I’m beautiful. They’re interested, consistent, even planning dates. Then they ask: “Do you have kids?” The moment I say yes,they either ghost or slowly fade.But here’s the part that hurts:Some still want to “link up” just not commit. So I’m good enough for fun, but not for a future?🤔😳 why are UK men so quick to walk away from single mothers? Kindly advise her. She’ll read the CS.

I dunno about others, but being a single mother isn’t a barrier. You can find more peace with a single mother than with a woman without a child. Some think single moms have baggage… I say they have experience, strength, and love to give. Her right man is out there, and he’s worth the wait.

@boye4christ2006 Maybe the men she’s been meeting aren’t ready for commitment. Beyond that, society still places an unfair stigma on single mothers. I hope she meets someone who will genuinely accept and love both her and her child.

A friend of mine does ask me for 2k, 3k, at times 1k. She would tell me how broke and hungry she is, how she has to send money to her siblings, and would go as far as sending me a ss of her acct balance to proof she's broke, and each time I would it to her. There was a time I complained about being broke because I made a big girl purchase, and she said at least she's not spending her money on those things. I didn't think much of it until the day we were talking about a plan that requires a lot of money, which I couldn't afford at all atm. This girl boastfully opened her savings app and showed 15m that she has saved over the years. So all these while she was being broke, she wasn't really broke. She just needed someone to take care of her financial responsibilities while she saved her. I cried.
