@Hyatt We need help with a serious cleanliness issue we experienced at one of your hotels. Our room was left half-cleaned after a bio incident and we were blamed for it.

@Hyatt your location in Greensboro NC really dropped the ball this Thanksgiving weekend. The room was not cleaned according to Hyatt’s housekeeping standards, OSHA biohazard guidelines, or the brand’s guest recovery policy. Hopefully the GM on duty can resolve this.
