@Hyatt Very frustrated with Hyatt. I’ve using them for years. Tried logging in and couldn’t. Didn’t get any PSWD reset emails. Tried chat feature and they kept referring me to the website I COULD’T LOG INTO! Guess I’m done with them. They’re apparently done with me.

So far, Hyatt has the best privacy rooftop in Bangkok — the atmosphere and view are incredible. Because it’s not excessively high up, the surrounding architecture feels right in front of you, which makes the whole experience even more special.

I’m not sure @Hyatt is serious about customer privacy. My personal email address was released to a random person last weekend. I notified Hyatt of the breach immediately and still nothing has been done. They have not even acknowledged my message.

@Hyatt went for lunch at hyatt Gachibowli & my car was damaged. Manager Javed acknowledged that it's due to rash driving by one of the valets. hyatt rep. was supposed to visit today to get car repaired at Honda but since morning there's been delay. I waited & late for office.

Disappointed with Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore. Booked a lake view room but was downgraded without informing me. Then got a call at 11 PM asking about a cocktail order while I was asleep. Expected better from @Hyatt

Dreams/Secrets Playa Esmeralda is a complete disaster. Broken shower, fridge, & outlets. “Butler service” is a ghost. Food is disgusting. Staff incompetent. 2 days in and this nightmare has ruined our vacation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst resort experience ever. @Hyatt

DO NOT stay at Hyatt Place Columbia/Harbison. I have been a Globalist before, have stayed at 100's of Hyatt properties and have never been so disgusted in my life. This was the end of April 2026. The Property never reached out to me to apologize either. They do not care. @Hyatt
