@Hyatt @@MarkHoplamazian Had this misfortune in staying in what has to be your worst hotel Cincinnati Blu Ash. Most hotels at least have working plumbing. Asked for the manager and called into Hyatt for help. Both have ignored this. Horrible customer service! #AvoidHyatt

Out of thousands of hotel nights, finally accidentally left some important/expensive items behind after check-out. Truly amazed by how well housekeeping at @Hyatt Place San Carlos, CA handled it -- I called day later and they confirmed items and *everything* was in a bag for me.

This issue still isn’t resolved on your Hyatt site. @Hyatt Your reservation helpline quotes the fare with 5%GST and your site quotes with 18% GST.. this is misleading.

@Hyatt_India Very disappointing experience with @HyattDiningClub. Membership was sold with promises of easy stay bookings at Hyatt hotels. However, despite multiple attempts, I am unable to avail any stay benefits. This looks like clear mis-selling. @Hyatt please respond.

Beware before buying @HyattDiningClub membership. Promises made during sale are not honored. Tried multiple times to book stays but always told rooms/offers are unavailable. This looks like mis-selling and unfair practice. Expect immediate action from @Hyatt.
