@Hyatt Had a miserable experience with Hyatt's Credit Card, just received it, but they take no responsibility, just pass the buck. We don't experience with Hilton or Marriott. Super 6 even has better service than Hyatt, just plain lousy.

Yesterday I dined at Kitchen at 95, Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, and my Transaction ID is 7078742270. I was charged ₹500 as an Offer Handling Fee on a bill of ₹7,076 (around 7%). @zomato @zomatocare

@hyatt I have sent 5 emails about an overcharge during a stay and not had one response. The hotel acknowledged that they made a mistake and have over charged me but I am still out of pocket. Can someone please respond! Shambles from a company as highly thought of as Hyatt!
