@JoeGoodberry What is it that causes guys to be “available” for so long? Are their agents holding out to maximize value for players as the tier 1 guys get picked up or do teams just not try to get anything together with these guys before the top talent goes

It is and it's stupid tbh. Anyone watching Trey Hendrickson knows how special he is as a pass rusher.

@JoeGoodberry Ok here is my question. And I want them to keep Trey. But he got 7.5 sacks in two games (Vegas and Pitt2)...rest of year is 10 sacks (which is still very good). Is this taken into account when evaluating his performance and future contract?

@LAMultiBroker @ridgeyork Rent the two bedroom unit out, but instead of doing month to month, rent it out for 6 - 12 months and then start option 2.
Or rent out the vacant unit “month to month” to a friend, now it is no longer vacant and start option 2.
Gotta be ways around it.
