Ump had poor judgement on it and appearently they are supposed to no call obstruction bc of what the runner did but the ump ig doesn’t know this.

@JadezTradez @BBGreatMoments There doesnt even have to be a tweak to the rule. The ump can deduce that even if he was on the outskirts of the basepath the runner still went out of his way to run into the catcher meaning there should be a no call.
