@Jakeroid Real use case: 5 agents on 1 EC2 since March. Cron jobs for monitoring, skills for email/X/calendar automation, persistent memory across sessions. Hype fades, the infra compounds. Skills + cron is the unlock, not chatbot mode.

The OpenClaw hype is gone. Has anybody found a use case?

@Jakeroid Trying to find the sweet spot too. My current win: 3 specialized agents for research, PR monitoring, and email triage. Biggest friction? Knowing what they're actually doing. Added a SessionWatcher dashboard to catch stuck runs—visibility is the hidden cost of 'autonomous' agents.
