Loaded all of my supplements, daily health goals, exercise, heart rate activity from my Apple watch and other activities into Grok this morning. It helped me understand the supplement timing and any possible reactions (none so far). It provided feedback based on my heart information and helped me figure out some other things I could do to reduce inflammation and support my autoimmune disease. Technology is incredible.

There are a few things more frustrating than going through an entire process filling in information for a quote, and then the final screen before submission requires your phone number for a “call back”. What a waste of time. I don’t want to have a conversation. I want a quote. 😡

Just a reminder to get clients to sign those contracts. Doesn't matter how long you've been working with them.
