Can anyone explain to me why unvaccinated people have to prove they can’t transmit the virus (ie negative test) but it doesn’t matter if vaccinated people transmit it??

If Omicron is as innocuous as many experts claim it is, should we not be excited rather than scared that it's spreading with such great vitesse? If it has a zero death rate then surely the sooner it's the dominant variant here the better?

Searched widely for some general good news today, maybe even something uplifting.. Found none. Just lots of power crazed incompetents slowly destroying their individual countries. The world is weary.

Would the UK rally to the cause in the same way it once did 82 years ago if the equivalent war began today? Sadly I am not convinced it would.

Usual voices pushing for lockdowns again - all employed in the public sector no doubt. Put them in a one bed flat with no garden running a cafe/pub and see how they like lockdowns. Opinions would change very quickly.

NHS advert on the radio for children to get vaccinated: “Go on, don’t miss out.” In a matter of weeks we have gone from the JCVI declaring that the margin of benefit for vaccinating 12-15 year olds was too small to threatening and coercive campaigns targeting children.
