@KobeissiLetter "but you never get to the finish line with the Iranians" - true! Especially, when you attack them during negotiations. Twice.

BREAKING: President Trump says "there is a good chance [Iran makes a deal], but if they don't make a deal, I am blowing up everything over there," per Axios. Details include: 1. Mediators are "less optimistic" that a deal is close but say they will work to the last minute to reach at least a partial agreement to delay Trump's ultimatum 2. Iran has accused Trump of planning to commit war crimes and threatened to retaliate with similar attacks against infrastructure in Israel and the Gulf states 3. "The negotiations are going well, but you never get to the finish line with the Iranians," Trump said Futures open in 6 hours.

I followed him closely for more than a year. I've seen enough. 200 tweets about BTC to 150k, about algos, about CIFR to 50, IREN to 200 etc. Way too cocky for my taste. Don't get too carried away trusting anyone. His only interest is his own, not yours or mine. Just saying, be careful brother. I wish you nothing but well.

@jwat_5 $DBO.TO has an inflection point, 2CRSi too - with 0 risk of dilution or other capital raises.

What public micro/small cap growth company at an inflection point hasn’t had to issue shares to raise capital? Bakkt fits your criteria perfectly — massive inflection point with DTR acquisition closing and consumer products launching, significant capital raising behind them, and a sound balance sheet (likely ~$100M cash and no debt).

Let's be honest: this tariff selloff is creating a generational opportunity in beaten-down quality names. $META, $GOOGL, $AMZN all trading at or below their 200-day MAs. If tariffs get paused or softened (very possible), these snap back 15-25% in days. Manage risk, size accordingly.

When a ticker gets spammed on twitter, it yells to me - do not buy. Majority is: - overvalued - diluted - disappearing margins - can't earn or make deals even with an "unprecedented" demand When you read this description, which ticker comes to your mind immediately?

@tonitrades_ I prefer to see improving margins, sales, or selling cash burning businesses to reduce debt. Insiders buying is a signal, but not a rule in many cases.

@Jebaim3 Low debt + insider buying = half the equation. The real edge is whether the turnaround is early or already priced in.

Some names I think of are $EOSE and $FLNC, or $TGEN (4th point)

@MicroCapClub $TGEN helped me with all of that, and it also helped me lose money. I appreciate them for giving me paid lessons on what to avoid when investing.

You aren't tested until a company you own and believe in is down 30-40-50% from its highs. You will question your conviction, your strategy, your process. The market has a way of finding your breaking point. Nothing tests your conviction like falling stock prices.

@tonitrades_ I think we all prefer inflections in the near future. 1-2y horizon for most of small caps is already a stretch. Add a macro which is filled with uncertainty, you get the best waiting time around a year - IMHO.
