@TedAtchley3 I didn't know it was a zombie story. Those aren't usually my jam, either, but I loved @SavannahJez 's twist on them in her books After and Spectre.

@JenelleLSchmidt I'm about half through and I'm really enjoying it so far. Zombie stories aren't my jam, but the portrayals of them so far haven't been so grotesque that I couldn't handle it. The story is engrossing, the characters are interesting, and I love this steampunk/gaslamp vibe.

Four stars for "The Orb and the Airship" by @JenelleLSchmidt goodreads.com/review/show/63… If anyone knows of books similar to this one, I'd be most interested in learning about them.

@TedAtchley3 Oooh, how is it? That one's on my list, too! I read "Tainted" by the same author earlier this year and really enjoyed it, now I need to read Awakened.
