I've never been a huge drinker, but cutting it out completely has been a game-changer for me. I won't preach here but I want to let the #TrailblazerCommunity know. I'm going for another 100 days - and attending #DF23, so looking forward to connecting with other #soberforce friends!

I’ve found that people get hooked on endlessly intellectualizing their emotional patterns as a way to avoid doing anything about them. The problem is that intellectual understanding can give a sense of progress & change without progress or change actually occurring.
