My first tech interview for #Salesforce #Admin ended yesterday. I made it through 3 rounds but not chosen for the final. Disappointed? Yes but taking it as a learning experience. I appreciate the generous feedback he provided. #ontothenext

@Dou2bfree Tech Interviews are incomplete with a proper feedback in fact any interview is not complete without reasonable feedback. Simply, getting rejected and not knowing what went wrong is not a learning. Ask em’ where you went wrong?

@JeanetteJett @fjcruisero Yes!!! I was excited every time I got the email that I made it to the next round. He understood that hiring managers don’t give feedback and he wanted to change that. I’m appreciative of the feedback. I could see my mistakes which will help grow.

@Dou2bfree @fjcruisero Making it to the 3rd round is fantastic! Getting though the first one is huge. It helps you know what to expect and how to improve in the future. It sounds like he gave you feedback, which is invaluable. I got zero feedback after my first presentation for a job, which isn't fun.
