USX just became collateral on Loopscale. Most people don't know what that actually means yet. USX is now live on Loopscale. @solsticefi,@ExponentFinance,@loopscale are now connected and if you haven't seen how they link up, this thread breaks it down simply. > First, USX is Solstice's stablecoin. Pegged to the dollar, fully backed. Think of it as the starting point. Every step in this thread begins with $USX. Explore here: app.loopscale.com/vault/usx_one > @ExponentFinance takes your $USX and gives you two options. You can get PT-USX, a token that matures on June 1, 2026. Fixed. You know what you're getting back on that date. Or ELP-USX, a token representing your share in a USX liquidity pool. Same starting asset, two different positions. > Now @Loopscale It's simply a lending protocol where borrowers and lenders match at fixed rates. $USX is now one of the assets you can borrow there. Borrow APY is around 3.5% right now that number moves as more liquidity comes in. > PT-USX-01JUN26 works as collateral on Loopscale. You deposit your principal token, borrow against it, and can loop up to 5x. The fixed maturity date makes it easier for the protocol to price the risk compared to a volatile asset. Leverage cuts both ways though. And besides 5x available doesn't mean 5x is always right. Explore here : app.loopscale.com/loops/usx-01ju… > ELP-USX does something slightly different. You're using an active LP position as collateral. Your capital is already working in a pool and now you can borrow against it on top of that. Two uses from one deposit. Now Put it all together: Mint USX on Solstice. Take it to Exponent and get PT-USX or ELP-USX. Bring those tokens to Loopscale as collateral. Borrow USX against them.Simple. Three protocols, one asset, all on Solana. That's composability. Each protocol produces something the next one can use. Nothing gets bridged out or rewrapped. The chain just works. Quick note: PT-USX-09FEB26 has already matured. If you had a position open from earlier this year, check where it sits now. Before you touch any of this: Rates shift as liquidity grows. If you are Looping with leverage it also means losses scale the same way gains do. Read how each product works before putting money in. This isn't financial advice. Just an explanation of what's live.
