Your $2K offer should be $5K. You know it. Your clients would pay it. You're just scared they'll say no. Raise your prices. The ones who leave were gonna leave anyway. The ones who stay will respect you more.

People romanticize entrepreneurship; Until they realize it means working after your kids go to bed, weekends that aren't really weekends, and still not seeing results for months. It's real and it's hard.

5 Critical Red Flags to Watch for in AI Projects! Before starting any development, identify these warning signs to avoid project failure: 1. Motivated by Hype: Clients who want AI just because "everyone is doing it" without a clear business reason. 2. Unclear Success Criteria: If you can't track the impact or define what "good" looks like, building a solution is nearly impossible. 3. Expecting 100% Accuracy Day One: Clients used to deterministic software often don't understand that AI requires iteration to reach high accuracy. 4. No Data Access: Projects will stall immediately if security or permissions prevent you from accessing the necessary data. 5. Lack of ROI: Building custom software is expensive; if the automated process doesn't save more than it costs, itโ€™s not a viable project tell me the ones I missed

Now that I think of it I pretty much act now without drinking how I acted when I was 18 years old but with 4 drinks Because now I eat clean and workout
Hans Amato@HansAmato

Alcohol doesn't "lower your inhibitions." It temporarily restores your GABA That's why the version of you that comes out after 3 drinks feels like the real you. Because it IS the real you. Your sober personality is the cage When your gut is destroyed and inflammation is chronic, GABA production tanks. GABA is the neurotransmitter that calms excitatory signaling. Without enough of it, your nervous system runs hot all the time. Everything feels like a threat. Social situations feel unsafe. Eye contact feels like confrontation. You overthink every word before you say it Then you drink. Alcohol binds to GABA receptors. Inhibitory tone floods back. Suddenly you're funny. Relaxed. Confident. Social. The person you always knew you were but couldn't access sober I was this guy for years. Couldn't talk to women without a drink. Couldn't relax at a party without 2 beers first. Sweating during basic social interactions. Built my entire social life around alcohol because it was the only way to feel normal What actually fixed it (not willpower, not "just stop drinking"): > Ate enough food. Red meat, potatoes, salt. Stopped chronic fasting which was keeping my body in survival mode and crushing GABA production > Fixed my gut. When the gut is inflamed, precursors to GABA don't get produced properly. Fix the gut, GABA comes back online > High dose agmatine. This was the single biggest shift in anxiety reduction I've experienced > Aspirin. Improved my temperature regulation (cold hands = low metabolic rate = low stress tolerance = anxious baseline) > Removed the triggers: chronic undereating, intermittent fasting, keto Sober me became the person drunk me used to be. Same confidence. Same humor. Same ease. No hangover If the only version of yourself you like requires alcohol to access, that person is real. The wall in front of him is biological. And it's fixable without a single drink I've written detailed guides on gut repair, GABA restoration, and everything I used to fix this on my substack. link in bio

You're not building to be seen; You're building to be remembered. Being remembered is positioning. People need to think about your brand when it matters.
