@Garang_Lester You’re wrong about it all. Get a few books and articles and enlighten yourself. Mental health exists and it’s much more complex than you believe/think!

@JoeDudim I think it exists to the extent we create it to exist. I may be wrong but I believe it results from escapism from the reality that life is brutal. It stems from the expectation that life should be easy.

I don’t care who says what but I don’t think there’s such a thing as mental health. Face your troubles with the resolve that they require as the king that you are, man. No one is coming to save you. Whether you’re “mentally healthy” or not, wake up and face your world.

@JoeDudim Yeah, by telling them things like, “It’s gonna be fine” “You’re not the problem” “You don’t have to be a man” No! It’s not fine, they’re the problem and they have to man up.🥱 If something is wrong! Fixing it is the solution, not sympathy.

@JoeDudim Whatever is investigated by more than 4 reputable media outlets and human rights institutions ain’t a joke and the truth is being lived by every South Sudanese in the country. So let me leave at that. I’m happy that everything is documented for future reference.
