@jadexskywalker The power scaling. Like Jedi/sith moving faster than light and moving black holes is cool. But the constant having to 1 up the previous bad and good guys got kinda ridiculous especially in the 2000s.

@TheDimmeh We're just in a holding pattern til the Christmas special with a year between that and filming... whatever comes next. I honestly just think this is just the state of Doctor Who for the next 3 ish years. Vague low commitment projects til the bbc figures out how to fund it.

@JackyWackyDA Its what happens when you get the Stan Winston Studio to make the suit irl. It'll be 40 years from now and that suits still gonna age like fine wine because they designed the thing to be a workable costume they could use on set rather than a bunch of CG dots.

@TheDimmeh Hes not been one ive really cared about either, though I'm not a masked bad ass trope fan I admit. But having no backstory and getting hyped up and seen as hypercompitent, I know a lotta guys who go "god he's so cool and badass" the whole lack of personality is a plus to them.

@TheDimmeh Its the rule of cool boba fett thing. Masked, hyped up by others, 0 details about background known. Very few canon appearances. To a certain subset of media fans that hits like crack.

@SCentralized It needed to either have a more relaxed first arc to ease people in or a lot longer time to tell the current arc we're in. I read it regularly but even I have trouble following it. A lot of my friends dropped it by issue 5 because of how hard it was to follow immediately.

@MysticalMe337 Strange losing the title of Sorcerer Supreme is a tired idea that's been massively overused in the 21st century, especially since none of his replacements have held the title more than 18 months.
So instead of an interesting change, its just done to get outsiders interested.
