It is done. And it was amazing. As opposed to Gravity’s Rainbow which showed the ostensible ‘downfall’ and subsequent naturalization of fascism, this shows its rise. It’s a great lead in to the ideas of that novel. Are there flaws?Yes. But who cares. It’s phenomenal.

We are nearing the end. 33 chapters into Shadow Ticket but I’m gonna update early since I’ll finish the book tomorrow morning. All I have to say is, Pynchon REALLY got into the weeds of obscure Eastern European politics and history with this one, didn’t he? (This is good, btw)
