@British_Airways I raised a complaint with you in 20th June, 2 months ago, I am out of pocket because of your mistake, when will I get a resolution.

@British_Airways Why not recruit more staff? In the mean time you’re getting interest on the money you owe me when it should be in my account getting interest. What I’d like to know is when will this be resolved?

@British_Airways please explain why when you raise a complaint and your told it will be resolved in 28 days, so on the 28th day and you’ve received no contact you then have to get past your really awful AI chat bot wait 40 minutes to chat to a human who can’t help resolve issue
