How is @skytv so incompetent, why is it whenever you want to complain all manager are always in meetings, is that they don’t want to know how bad their staff are and how there standard operating procedures don’t fit their customers needs staff member 60PEP106 is rude and hung up.

@British_Airways please explain why when you raise a complaint and your told it will be resolved in 28 days, so on the 28th day and you’ve received no contact you then have to get past your really awful AI chat bot wait 40 minutes to chat to a human who can’t help resolve issue
