Crime is crime and public beat downs are never acceptable no matter how justified the person administering it feels or how much you empathize with their cause.

Your original reply said the motive doesn't matter. Why? Bc she was smaller? Justice is objective, not subjective. Male should be punished duh, that doesn't make motive irrelevant

So it is not the malicious act and intention of the male that matters (defined in law) it is how he felt while he was administering the beat down.

Don't put words in my mouth just bc you can't understand why the getting the whole story is important.

But if I found out that girl was a serial baby murderer, I might be inclined to sympathize with what they did. Unfortunately, the truth is probably far more predictable...

Would your opinion change if the woman was a nazi (who ppl love to encourage violence against) and she had just beat up that man's mentally disabled sister? Nobody's excusing that man's actions. But yea don't say the reason doesn't matter.
