My wife is in the hospital for breast cancer surgery. She has it in both breasts. Her prognosis is good since they caught it early, but cancer is still cancer. If you have a prayer to spare, aim it at Kim.

At some point, you will have to disappoint others to live a life that's feels right and is honest to you. People pleasing will drain you, not save you. You have every right to set boundaries and choose your peace. You can disappoint people and still be a good person.

Today marks 271 days deployed and my birthday. I spent the day going through the Suez Canal again. I’m really ready to go home…
