Start the AC adjunctive chemotherapy tomorrow morning…It’s the last part of this journey left to go. I feel like it will never be over as I will need to be checked every three months for the next 5 years. However, I know I can make it through this. So I went in for #7 Chemo this morning they had to stop the medicine because I have too much neuropathy(no feeling in my hands) and I have neutropenia(very low white blood cells). This past month has been heavy. Ruby had surgery Tuesday and did well — we’re so thankful. Maddox is still recovering and had 1820cc of fluid removed, with another procedure today. We still don’t have answers. After many hard conversations, we’ve chosen to stop chemo and focus on his quality of life. It’s not easy or certain, but we’re trusting and listening to his body. He’s endured 8 rounds of chemo, and we’re beyond proud of him. Thank you for the prayers and support we feel it deeply.

Well, my ovarian cancer has come back😟. Currently at Gibbs Cancer Center getting my first round of chemo for this recurrence. I covet your prayers as I go through this again.

I adopted a dog today who was on the list to be euthanized by end of day. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get him. His name is Jaxson and he is already spoiled.
