Great video @LobularBCA. I have seen #lobular cancers missed on screening mammography be detected on MRI, CEM, MBI and US. Although access may be limited, supplemental screening for #ILC may be key, especially for those with #densebreast tissue.

🟡#breastcancer and the #PTEN hamartoma tumor syndrome (PHTS, previously #Cowden): screening with MRI led to the detection of cancer in 7 women/39 enrolled. All early-stage, all ductal (no #lobular).
