No, the jury found civil liability under the “preponderance of the evidence” standard — meaning they believed it was more likely than not that the allegation happened. That is not the same as conclusively proving it happened beyond a reasonable doubt. Civil court accepts a lower level of certainty and is based on probability, not the higher criminal standard required to establish guilt. So saying “the jury found liability” is accurate. But presenting that as if it proves the allegation as an unquestionable fact ignores the actual burden of proof used in the case.
