@CrollTristan Finally getting around to using this, very pleased with the implementation. Thanks Tristan! Is it possible to color the residues according to Q-score like in the OG Chimera plugin?

Now installable via ChimeraX (Tools/More Tools... and look for QScore) - code is at github.com/tristanic/chim… (MIT license). I was able to make a few optimisations - this version runs at about 0.5-1ms/atom (~10s for "average" cryoEM models). Hope you all find it useful! (2/2)

Given ISOLDE is a model-fitting tool, it was about time I gave it a way to, you know, actually validate the fit of a model to a map. As such, in consultation with Greg Pintille and Tom Goddard I've implemented the Q-Score algorithm (nature.com/articles/s4159…) in ChimeraX. (1/2)
