Based on the latest information from the National Weather Service and Henry County EMA regarding hazardous road conditions and possibly dangerous morning wind chill, Henry County Schools will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 22. With the exception of essential operational employees who will be contacted by their supervisor, no employees should report to work, and all school-related activities are canceled on Wednesday. Based on current forecasts, HCS is likely to resume full operations on Thursday, Jan. 23. A decision on Thursday operations will be communicated by Wednesday afternoon. #WinningforKids #HenryProud #YouBelongInHenry

As we conclude National Hispanic Heritage Month, HCS has been immersed in activities exploring Hispanic art, cuisine, and traditions across the district. Last Saturday, we held our third annual Hispanic Heritage celebration at the Fairview PAC, showcasing student projects and performances. A big thank you to our Language Services team for organizing this wonderful event!
