Others were deployed to various New York City hospitals that lack medical staff.  There were operators photographed wearing helmets and gas masks in New York City. There were supplies for children spotted at the Javits center. Trump said his administration was deploying military personnel to go into a battle that they've never trained for or seen before. On April 6, 2020, Trump said they were targeting human trafficking and highlighted it’s mostly women and children. “We’re hitting them very hard…I’ve seen things that are an absolute disgrace and we’re trying to knock them out and we’re knocking them out hard.”
