Tonight, @senatorlaughlin voted against teachers, against public schools, and against our kids. He supported a voucher plan hatched by Betsy DeVos and right wing special interests that would divert dollars from our public schools and hand them out to private ones.

This right wing cabal conspired to rob our public schools of desperately needed funding - and @SenRobinsonPA voted with them. The #BetsyDevosPlan4PA is wrong for our schools.

Workers are the backbone of this state, and organized labor is the strongest voice we have ever had for the middle class. Unions representing more than 1 million Pennsylvania workers OPPOSED the #BetsydevosPlan4Pa @SenFrankFarry voted for it.

The PA Supreme Court said our public schools are underfunded. @SenatorDiSanto voted for a scheme to take millions from them and and divert it to private and religious schools. Our kids deserve better than a Betsy Devos takeover of public education.
