Protecting consumers and closing loopholes is just common sense. That’s why we aligned Pennsylvania law with new federal standards and give law enforcement the clarity they need to remove these harmful products from the marketplace.

I’ve amended SB 49 to align PA law with new federal hemp standards that close loopholes allowing intoxicating hemp products like Delta-8, Delta-10 and THCA to be sold with little oversight. The bill would also create a Cannabis Control Board. Read more: buff.ly/y9bUnWD

Great to see construction underway at Gannon University’s I-HACK in downtown Erie. Proud to have advocated for funding to help move this project forward. These new biomedical labs will support cancer research, workforce training, and bring good-paying jobs to our region.

Great to join the team at the Northeast Marina today for a check presentation from the Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority. This funding will help the marina take an important first step toward getting back up and running.
