So back in 1938, a guy called Orson Wells starred in a radio adaptation of “The War of the Worlds” creating such a realistic broadcast that a lot of listeners thought that an actual alien attack was happening. I need us all in this fandom to be a little more savvy than that.

only few decades ago doctors were allowed to hit, berate, and abuse nurses when they were frustrated. it was so recent my mom was the victim of some doctors. so i don’t have appreciation for doctor burnout manifesting as abuse and it not being understood or acknowledged as abuse.

Somehow being wrong is now a sign that you have some emotional regulation and are able to detach enough from a subject to show apathy toward whatever the truth is. Which I guess is a useful attitude to have as a vacant idiot, easy too
