At least 17 people have already died in ICE custody in just the first three months of this year alone. Many of them died from easily treatable illnesses. 911 logs show ICE facilities are completely overwhelmed, ignoring basic human rights. But moving a body to a military installation to dodge a local homicide investigation? That isn't just negligence. That is a coordinated, state-sponsored cover-up.
