Over the past month or two I’ve been so proud of my efforts to revive one of last year’s weak & struggling mint plants. It made it through the winter after remaining a small yet sturdy green shoot - sooooo proud 😊. I am now willing to accept that I’ve been rescuing a nettle.

Imagine roughly 30 years after first discovering your favourite band in the whole world…your 10 year old daughter in her last primary choir concert singing one of their (in my opinion) best songs…unfortunately I’m in a hotel in Manc (ironic) with work and didn’t see it live 🥰
