Today I earned my Arm Care Specialist Certification from ArmCare.com. I am super excited to implement all I’ve learned and strengthen the throwing arms of the youth players I work with to keep them healthy and on the field with increased velocity.

PIRATES NEWS 🏴‍☠️: @milesmur_29 , a high school class of 2027 pitcher from Massachusetts by way of the Mass Hurricanes and Dirtbags All Blacks, has verbally committed to @ECUBaseball . He announced the news on his X page on Sunday. The 6-foot-2 righthander had 21 strikeouts, five walks and a 1.75 ERA in 16 innings for the Dirtbags in summer ball. He’s regarded by Perfect Game as one of the top high school pitchers in Massachusetts. 📸 Miles Murray X page
