Bruce says that the Nebraska high school season starts four weeks from today. Do yourself - and your coaches - a favor by getting into shape starting today. A successful season starts well before the first day of practice. It’s cold outside? Bruce says wear a sweatshirt.

Mount Michael Harriers Club MEN OF THE MEET - MM Invite Nathaniel Roepke - Knights’ junior gets the automatic “Man of the Meet” award for his JV victory. We were told during summer conditioning that he had lots of potential and could surprise some people. Hard work paying off!

It’s a sweep for the Knights! @MMB_XC JV also finishes first at Waverly. Max Teetor takes gold in a photo finish. Will Snyder (4th) and Oscar Hou (7th) also with excellent races.

Mount Michael Harriers Club MEN OF THE MEET - Augie Twilight Michael Rodgers - Spectacular run in Sioux Falls with the fastest time (15:53) in recent MMXC memory. Ranked 10th in Class B, Rodgers could become first Knights’ two time state medalist since Nick Carson in ‘15 & ‘16.

Incredible performance by your Mount Michael Knights tonight in Sioux Falls at the Augie Twilight. Michael Rodgers finishes 15:53!!! Knights finish 14th out of 46 teams in this regional meet, topping several Class A squads in the process. #LGK
