@thenorthface I bought an item from your online store and went to return it. It takes 14 business days for the return to be processed, and then more business days for the bank to issue a refund! This is the longest and worst return process I’ve ever experienced. #terrible#awful

@quantumfiber What an irresponsibility! I actually called to cancel my account, and I am not even able to do that. I asked for a called back, and when your staff called, there #whatacoincidence was an issue with their audio… and they never called back.
