Went to Mak Japan in Akihabara on the off chance that they'd have a KOF XI cart & to my surprise they had one with a complete art & manual set! I was running it off of a Naomi netboot before so I'm happy to have a legit cart. Def check Mak out if you're into hardware!

Haven't been paying as much VF as I'd like cause ever since I saw @okizeme_gg I knew VF desperately needed a similar tool so I've been trying to make one. I like my progress so far but i got a bit to go. Thanks @Akai_VF @Chanchai and other vfers for the help so far.
