@tonispice @AnthonyNolan For the moment I'm finding it hard to find chances of being a match from Marrow recruits, but overall they say around 1 in 800 chance (but this changes significantly for men, age, and ethnicity). @AnthonyNolan @MarrowAlumni Do you have any stats on how much it costs to add someone to the register? And is it still fair to say if you signed up with Marrow, you have a 1 in 100 chance of being a match?

Found out that my lovely Grandma, who sadly passed away last week decided that instead of flowers at her funeral, she would like a donation to be made to @AnthonyNolan. She was always so supportive & interested to hear about how our @Surrey_Marrow & @UKMarrow events went.. (1/3)

@tonispice @AnthonyNolan I think AN usually say it costs around £40 to sign someone up to the register. And 1 in 4 people who donate stem cells were recruited by Marrowers - which is so impressive. (1/2)

Today we met as a team and debriefed after the conference. It was so good to catch up and see everyone’s faces! Every year we add more amazing memories to the Marrow pile, and this year was no different! Who’s excited for 2022 already….
