People do not realise how registering to be a potential stem cell donor is quick and easy. You could save a life! I really would like to see @AnthonyNolan and @DKMS_uk on every university campus to improve the diversity of the potential donors.

I met with @DKMS_uk and @AnthonyNolan at Parliament today. I signed up to be a donor and got my cheeks swabbed. Every 20 minutes, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a blood cancer or blood disorder. DKMS is working to give every patient in need the best possible chance of finding a matching stem cell donor. Anthony Nolan saves and improves the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders. By finding ground breaking research and providing connections between donors and patients. It’s quick, painless, and truly life-changing -you could be the match someone’s been waiting for. If you’re aged 17–55 and in good health, you can order a free swab kit and join the register at dkms.org.uk and anthonynolan.org
