A day after #IWD2022 I guess we are back to "normal". Paying women less, undervaluing achievements, mansplaining, unsolicited advice, discriminatory policies etc. etc.

Cannot understand why most journals request Authors that upload the first version of a paper to enter all types of info on their funding, organizations, orcid, declarations on diverse issues etc, let alone capricious format requirements re text & figs. Such a waste of time ☹️!
