@MattPowellMD This is the Mel-A that came with the case. Superfun pattern with MIS romping all through the BCC. There are some weird squares along for the ride in the scan, ignore that part.....

Happy weekend, almost. 88 year old Minnesotan. Impression was nodular BCC. My diagnosis was 2 words with 14 total letters. In addition to cracking that puzzle, there are other fun issues to think about here.
