Just Witnessed A girl riding a bike had a fall, after being hit by a water balloon thrown from a nearby highrise at Matunga, Bhaudaji Raod. Dreading what would have happened to her during peak hours. Although wearing a helmet, she could have easily come under a speeding vehicle. This isn't HOLI @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice Everyone can't be lucky.
