@JasonSynaptic If looking for ease of travel I think the hotels in Waikiki might be the way to go. They're in a beautiful location, super convenient since lots of awesome things are walking distance (including some of the most amazing food).

I'm thrilled to share my postdoctoral work from the Cleveland lab, where we discovered how shattered micronuclear chromosome fragments are transmitted en masse to daughter cells, enabling the formation of rearranged chromosomes. nature.com/articles/s4158…

@coles_nicholas_ Figure building! Schematics that *actually* make sense, figures that don't require checking the legend for every detail (standalone), etc. My PI is awesome at mentoring me in this but it's something I wish we got more practice on for classes/early training.
